One product. One price. One door.
We're collapsing Start, Grow, Next Level and Lifestyle into a single annual program. Not more. Less. One thing to sell, one thing to support, one thing to improve.

01What changed, and why
Ascension never worked for our audience. People couldn't tell which program they were in, so they picked nothing. Our attention was split across four offers, four Facebook groups, four sets of emails, and four sets of promises we had to keep.
So there's now one program. Everything we've ever taught lives inside it. What changes for a member isn't what they get access to, it's what they're told to focus on first.
02The promise
Private Practice, Made Simple
You love the therapy. The business part is where you get stuck. We tell you exactly what to work on, hand you the finished thing, and I look at your work every week. From To Do to Done.
The buyer is the same person she's always been: a burned-out SLP or OT who is not a business person, has been thinking about this for months or years, and distrusts pressure. What's changed is that we stop asking her to sort herself into a tier.
03What she gets
$1,997 for the year, or 12 payments of $197. Annual tuition, not a subscription. 14-Day Love It or Leave It Guarantee.
| What | What it does |
|---|---|
| Personalized Private Practice Plan | One page: her priority this quarter, the moves in order, and what she's deliberately not doing. Rewritten every quarter. |
| Practice Builder | Our software. Turns her intake into the plan, then writes the actual asset with her. |
| The Level Ups | Each one move she can finish, ending in a real document, script or policy. Across all six areas. |
| Numbers Made Simple | Calculators that find her numbers and tell her what they mean. |
| Weekly coaching with Jena | Questions submitted ahead, one hour, as many as fit. Strategic answers in a judgment-free room. |
| The Private Practice Network | Clinicians in similar areas and similar practices. No mean girls, no anonymous posts. |
| Quarterly Planning Session | Day one of each quarter. Everyone re-scores and gets a new plan in the same room. |
Six areas every practice runs on: Legal Foundation · Systems · Clients · Money · Streams · Team. Not stages to climb. Areas to diagnose.
Eight milestones we celebrate and track: Legally Set Up · First Client · It Paid For Itself · At Capacity · All In · Added a Revenue Stream · Dropped a Day · Added a Team Member. Plus the Revenue Club: $100k → $250k → $500k → $1M.
04How we grow it
One topic a month. A free diagnostic in week one, a webinar in week four, a bonus call the following week. Everything, social, email, ads, podcast, points at the same thing for four weeks, then the topic turns over.
Enrollment never closes. What has a date is the bonus call, so the line is "join by the 31st and you're in the room on the 4th." Real deadline, no countdown timers, which matters because 759 non-buyers told us pressure is why they didn't buy.
Each month's webinar and diagnostic stay live afterwards. By month twelve we're running twelve evergreen funnels, having built one a month.
05What Practice Builder has to do
Four jobs. Nothing else matters in version one.
| Job | Detail |
|---|---|
| 1. Take the intake | The Private Practice Priority Finder. Branches by stage: Total Beginner, Messy Middle, Booked & Growing. Captures baseline numbers, payer mix, milestones already earned, and the goal. |
| 2. Score the six areas | Yes/No answers produce a percentage per area, plus a Freedom Score. Beginners are stage-gated, and unscored areas read "Not started," never 0%. |
| 3. Build the plan, with prerequisites | The important one. She picks a goal; the software checks what has to be true first and inserts the missing pieces as part of that goal. Nobody gets "write the job post" before they know their numbers. |
| 4. Produce the asset | Drafts the real thing in her voice, for her state and specialty. Website copy, attendance policy, rate letter, job post. She edits, never starts blank. |
Non-negotiable: it can't feel like generic AI
It has to know her state, her specialty, her rate, her payer mix and what she's already finished. The whole differentiator is "it tells you what Jena would tell you," and that falls apart the moment output feels like something she could have got from ChatGPT.

07The honest risks
Three things that could break this
- Practice Builder doesn't exist yet, and the entire promise assumes it does. If it slips, we've sold something we can't hand over.
- Webinar conversion is under 1%. Building twelve funnels on top of an unproven one multiplies the problem instead of solving it. September needs to prove the mechanism before we scale it.
- The build list is enormous for a small team. Realistically this is six to twelve months, and we need revenue before then.
Which is why the first 90 days look like this
- Sell the year now, write the first plans by hand. Twenty members is about ten hours of writing. We'll learn more from doing twenty manually than from specifying the software.
- Build the measurement layer first. The scorecard is a form and a spreadsheet, and it's what produces the proof that makes everything easier to sell.
- Prove one webinar in September to the warm list before building eleven more.
- Cut version one hard. Fifteen Level Ups, not thirty-seven. A short intake, not ninety-six questions. The Network can start in the group we already have.
08What we need from you
- The platform call. Where does this live, and what's the least painful path from four products to one?
- The build order. Given September, what's genuinely shippable and what should be manual for now?
- The numbers. Start vs. Next Level profitability over the last six months, so we're not retiring the thing that's been working.
- The migration plan. Current Next Level members, past students, and the four Facebook groups.
The one-line version: we stopped selling four things badly and started selling one thing well, and everything we build from here points at it.
